Educational purpose

The Green Flag System provides educational information and practical dating, communication, emotional-grounding, and relationship-skills frameworks. It is not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional care.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee matches, dates, sexual or romantic outcomes, reconciliation, a relationship, or any specific result. Other people make their own decisions, and compatibility cannot be guaranteed. Examples, personal results, screenshots, and stories are illustrative and are not promises of your results.

Account and course access

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the digital product you purchased for your own use, subject to these Terms and the access period presented with the offer. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

Intellectual property

Course videos, audio, written materials, worksheets, quick cards, frameworks, branding, downloads, and other program content are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may not reproduce, publish, resell, distribute, share login access, scrape, or create a competing product from the materials without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site, course, or community features to harass others, violate law, interfere with systems, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person's information.

Payments

Prices and payment terms are shown at checkout. Unless a checkout explicitly states otherwise, The Green Flag System: Complete Program is sold as a one-time payment rather than a recurring subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Third-party services

Our website and program rely on third-party services for hosting, payment processing, analytics, email/CRM, and course delivery. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and changes

We may update course materials, companion notes, site features, and delivery systems over time. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. If a technical problem prevents us from delivering a product you purchased and we cannot reasonably restore access, the Refund Policy applies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Green Flag System is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the program or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
